Very disappointed with Princess nails. Having been a customer for over 3 years I called to book this afternoon and told to come at 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 to be told pedicure takes 45 minutes and I’ll have to come back another day!!! They close at 7pm so there was time but they obviously took other people and I had no booking. I will never go there again . Thanks for nothing !

Amazing nail technicians, I am addicted to their SNS nails - splendid results 😊 some people don't like the fact that they aren't chatty towards the customer but I'm not going there to make friends so...
Amazing nail technicians, I am addicted to their SNS nails - splendid results 😊 some people don't like the fact that they aren't chatty towards the customer but I'm not going there to make friends so it doesn't bother me. Quality finish every time

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Do not go into this shop. They clearly water down their nail varnish. When I explained (very politely) that I wasn't happy with my nails and paying the full price, they complete...
ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! Do not go into this shop. They clearly water down their nail varnish. When I explained (very politely) that I wasn't happy with my nails and paying the full price, they completely lost it...
One member of staff barricaded the door to stop me from leaving. I had to call the police. They gave a false story to the police, saying that I had pushed a pregnant member of staff. It was their word against mine. Awful awful experience.

They do good pedicures but are so rude - barely acknowledge you, speak over your head to each other as if you're not there and don't listen. When you walk in the shop you're completely ignored. It's embarrassing. It's a shame - even some basic customer service would make a big difference.

Very disappointed with Princess nails. Having been a customer for over 3 years I called to book this afternoon and told to come at 6pm. I arrived at 5:45 to be told pedicure takes 45 minutes and I’ll have to come back another day!!! They close at 7pm so there was time but they obviously took other people and I had no booking. I will never go there again . Thanks for nothing !
