Went today to treat my mum and they rushed her through a pedicure and completed it in 30 mins with cold water running. Have been here once before and had forgotten how rubbish the service was. When asked to add hot water, they made a funny face. For £25 this was not worth more then £10! Would not recommend at all. Stay away Read Less

If there was zero stars i would have put it! My girlfriend got her nails done here and she got a fungus infection. she said the staff was rude. there is a bald man that works there who has extreme poor hygine and is very rude. would not recomend at all! Read Less

I went here on a Sunday, and wanted a Shellac manicure and pedicure. I then checked with them whether they needed cash or card, and he said cash, so i suggested i go and get cash and come back, but they were in a rush so he asked me to get cash later. I then had my nails filed and shaped by one man, who cleaned up my cuticles but went a bit deep and cut my finger so it was bleeding. I was then moved from there to get my pedicure done, the woman who did that was exceptional, and she made sure my feet looked really good. Once she had finished I was then moved to another man (previous man who started my manicure was now busy) and this man was more interested in speaking to his colleagues and therefore did a terrible job of my shellac. He was so busy in his own conversation that I had to point out to him that he had forgotten to switch the machine on to set the nails and then once he had finished, the thumb was not properly done so he had to fix that. He didn't even offer me hand cream at the end of my manicure, so my hands were dusty and dry and then they forced me to leave my phone with them while I went to get cash. If they are that concerned, they should check that everyone has means to pay before they sit down for a treatment. The manicure was poorly done, I had to pick gel off the skin around my nails and two of my nails have already started to come off. Will not be coming back here again. Read Less

+Fungal Nail Infection - Avoid! I never really do much with my toe nails but last summer 2016 I got Shelac on my toe nails and had my fingernails manicured. My toenails felt itchy and some time later developed a fungal nail infection. Given previous reviews I can now understand why. Having visited a specialist I am aware of how much this happens plus the technicians are not qualified and of course all materials are simply not sterile. For the price you are better off going to a professional and keeping everything healthy. Turning this infection around has taken a lot of time and thankfully it was not too severe but had I not have understood what happened it could well have been very costly and painful. Read Less
