Haven't had my nails done for a long time so my self and a friend whet it came out pleased.but the salon very untidy bits and pieces all over the place hand towels grey .no interaction with the staff....

Rude, unprofessional and extremly low class customer service. Only went in for a simple manicure but was told when she made my finger bleed that..."thats why we dont like doing manicures" absolute dis...
Rude, unprofessional and extremly low class customer service. Only went in for a simple manicure but was told when she made my finger bleed that..."thats why we dont like doing manicures" absolute disgrace, almost ruined my day when the excellent customer service of M&Co saved the day with 25% off when you open a lovely card😎

Had a gel manicure done yesterday, Saturday morning. 3 gels had peeled off this morning (Sun). Had to visit again this morning to repair- a massive inconvenience but the staff repaired without charge....
Had a gel manicure done yesterday, Saturday morning. 3 gels had peeled off this morning (Sun). Had to visit again this morning to repair- a massive inconvenience but the staff repaired without charge. Since this, another 2 have peeled off again this evening. Avoid this place at all cost!

Worst experience ever! AVOID. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and kept talking her language and laughing after anything I said. I was told my nails were too long and they don’t look nice ...
Worst experience ever! AVOID. The lady who did my nails was extremely rude and kept talking her language and laughing after anything I said. I was told my nails were too long and they don’t look nice and then she called her male colleague who peered over my nails for 5 minutes and they had a laugh about them. She then said if my nails are too long she can’t make them short and when questioned by a lady next to me why she replied because it takes too long to file them back down. She then rushed my nails and told me to wash my hands within 20 minutes which has never happened. I had my own two colours which I took out from my bag and gave to the boy to paint my nails and when finished I said I’m putting them back now and he told the lady I stole one of her nail polishes and she questioned me! When asking if my nails were dry the boy then said no and turned to his colleague and said something else in his language, they both looked at me and laughed. To top it off my nails look nothing like the photo I showed the lady and are due to break any day now.

If I could give 0.5 stars I would. I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady there was rude and painful. When she finished, one of my eyebrows were pencil thin! I told the lady what she did and she ...
If I could give 0.5 stars I would. I went to get my eyebrows done and the lady there was rude and painful. When she finished, one of my eyebrows were pencil thin! I told the lady what she did and she said I have to pay extra to shape them!
I was not paying extra for a mistake she made then she just suggested to use an eyebrow pencil to cover it up- I suppose I have no choice now!
I have always threaded my eyebrows but this was the first(and the LAST) time doing it here. I'm so disappointed!

Very crowded and busy nail bar. Everything was rushed but in the end the result of my nails were ok.
