I have been going to Elegant Nails for 4 years and have always walked out happy with my nails (hands & feet). They are by far the best nail salon on the high street and reasonably priced. They do get really busy at times but if that's my only complaint, well, I don't think that's a negative.

I moved to the area not long ago and I decided to give this place a try. The first time I was there, about 2 months ago, I had my nails done with the gentlemen and that went on well. It wasn't perfect...
I moved to the area not long ago and I decided to give this place a try. The first time I was there, about 2 months ago, I had my nails done with the gentlemen and that went on well. It wasn't perfect but he was very kind and i could relax and left the place in peace but today I had my nails done with a young lady who was quite stressed. She pulled my hand and my fingers really hard several times and complained so much that I was not sitting down properly. I worried so much that I could not relax for one second. I regret every minute I spent sitting down on that chair.
I left this place promessing myself I will never come back.

I was so looking forward to getting my feet and nails done. I have visited this place once before to have a spa pedicure which I really enjoyed. So I thought I might as well have sns nails done here to. Feet were fine but my sns nails..... I noticed at the time of application they just didn't appear too look that good but persevered. I have had these done before, elsewhere, so knew what to except but when I asked why only two applications had been applied rather than the three I was told the norm is two! I didn't want to complain as the staff are nice so just left and cried outside!! The colour looks thin the application looks thin and the ends of my nails feel rough! I'm so upset as I feel as though I've just thrown £25 away!! 😬

I had eyelash extensions put on a few hours ago but looking closer at them it is just one big clump of glue at the bottom and look nothing like real eyelashes or even fake ones you can buy at the shop...
