Best nail place in Petts Wood. Very efficiently run, call ahead for an appointment and you will never be left waiting. Super clean with lots of choices!

Very good at what they do but their customer service isn't great. Don't bother booking you won't get seen any quicker than if you just turn up and wait.

Customer service is awful! Sat for near 40 minutes without a single person talking to me or apologising for keeping me. Sat next to numerous ladies with the same issue 2 even left. Would have walked o...
Customer service is awful! Sat for near 40 minutes without a single person talking to me or apologising for keeping me. Sat next to numerous ladies with the same issue 2 even left. Would have walked out myself but was desperate for nails to be done. Normally go over the road but used to come here. Will not be returning.
