This nail salon was always packed out years ago when it first opened, sadly now it has changed. Nails are still good depending on who does them, males attitudes towards women hasnt., it s a shame the classes taught in the nail bar dont include how to have respect for the paying customers. My disabled mother went in to get her feet done and the way she was treated was disgusting. He laughed at her as she struggled to get on the seat and kept slapping her legs even after she told him that she had arthritis and it was causing her pain. This place is a a disgrace. Read Less

Arrived at the salon and asked for eyebrow threading. Response was not clear as to what we should do or how long we’d wait. My friend and I sat down and waited for 15 minutes and could not see the usual woman who does the threading (she is great!). Once we were finally seen a different woman halved the thickness of my eyebrows and changed the shape completely - all I needed was a tidying up. My friend went next and specified she didn’t want them thin after seeing the carcrash on my face. Unfortunately, although not as bad, she is left unsatisfied and extremely sad. We are now grieving the loss of our eyebrows and are going to comfort eat despite my friend being on a weight loss journey. If I could give 0 stars I would, went in 2 weeks ago to get acrylics and 3 just fell off, thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and go back to get infills and get them redone. Whilst he was doing my nails he was too busy on Facebook and Paddy Power betting, that he completely messed up my nails and when I told him they were awful they all gathered round me talking there own language and laughing. When I asked him to repaint them he said his shift was finished and just walked out and left it to someone else. Their attitude is disgusting beyond belief and I will never be giving them another penny of my hard earned money. To call themselves a business is a joke, the whole shop is an absolute shambles. Quality of work questionable...when in a hurry or busy they will skip stages of your treatment and walk away from you when you raise concerns! Made an appointment and went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. There was someone separate doing each treatment with an older man doing my gel manicure who was very heavy handed. The gel was clearly bubbling up on my nail and looked very uneven but he was carrying on as if it was fine and rolled his eyes at me when I bought it to his attention saying nothing. He then took out the dremmel and started roughly removing it. After I protested saying I didn't want to mess up my nails and would rather soak it off in acetone he left without saying a word and went to his next customer who was clearly a regular and was in full conversation with her. The lady doing my pedicure was half way through outerwise I'd have walked out. She was very nice and redid the manicure for me. It's a shame because I normally go to their Eastcote location where they are very nice and always do a good job. I won't be back to this branch. Read Less

Staff here are rude and as if they don't want you there. I believe i was served by the manager. Ruined my nails, had spent months growing them and he just cut them all off after filing them down to paper thin despit my constant instructions on what i wanted. Flicked a sharp peice of acrylic into my face and just laughed. will not return. Read Less
