Went for just a gel polish (no manicure) still got charged full amount for removal and manicure. Said If I was going to get charged for it I may as well have it done, Ofcourse it wasn’t needed so it wasn’t! Absolute rip off to pay £25 for just a polish. Won’t go again and neither will my office. I had SNS applied here three times with 3 different techs and every time, it was extremely thick on my nails and started lifting within a week, I was having to have them redone within a week and a half. I was starting to think that maybe SNS just wasn't for me, I tried a different nail salon and realised it's not me, now my SNS nails last for 2-3 weeks before lifting and the product is so thin on my nails, you can't tell that it's not just polish but are still super strong!! My Pure Indulgence also have very limited colours and when I asked, I was told that SNS do not offer many colours yet, my new salon have over 100 colours in flat, glitter and colour change and tell me that SNS actually offer so many more. The staff here were all lovely, however I think maybe more training is required before offering a product. Read Less

I loved my experience and si did my 3 year old daughter who had a Miss Diva Manicure done by Sam. My daughter finished her manicure before my SNS so had to wait for me to finish, all the girls were amazing with her. My daughter was Sam's little shadow. Lovely touch to recieve a free cuticle oil to look after my nails at home, definitely something you don't get at other salons. All the staff there are lovely and happy which indicates to me that the salon is owned by someone who looks after their staff. I am forever now a regular. Read Less

Disgusting lady yanked skin around my nails so hard and so short it was like open wounds as she was in a rush to go home. It was a very painful session and I now have infections on BOTH big nails that I can't get rid of. Don't go here!! Read Less

This is a good quality nail salon. The technicians are very good at what they do and the services here are on par with much more premium places and at very affordable rates. They almost always have availability for walk-ins. Not 5 stars because they don't take cards for less than £20 which has been quite inconvenient for me. Read Less
