I have been coming here for years and now won’t go anywhere else . The prices are very reasonable and I always get a great service every time I visit . I find the staff professional and friendly. I highly recommend this salon.

Love this salon, great value and my Gellac lasts 3-4 weeks each time with no chips. They also don't file my nail surfaces down until they are really think like a previous central London salon did. Always a lovely atmosphere in here

The service at this place was an absolute waste of money. The lady who done my mother's pedicure didn't soak her feet long enough and was absolutely rushing which resulted in her getting a cut on her heel. Honestly you will not feel like you have had a pedicure. I have left this review because it has really upset me that my mum wasn't given the good service she deserved and I wish for nobody else to go through this bad experience.

I've been to many nail shops, for many years. From cheap nails to expensive nails; to poor customer service and great customer service. None have met the standards of customer service and nail quality that I experienced in this shop many times. I can be sure to say that the most recent full set acrylics I received was the best I had ever got and doesn't go unnoticed by friends, family and even strangers. The nail technician took extra care in making sure each nail was even and perfect in shape, size and look, before buffing and painting.
Beyond impressed and will be going for many more years.

Customer Service lacking, from the management all the way down , they rudely and very obviously talk about you in their own language and make up prices as they go alon...

Customer Service lacking, from the management all the way down , they rudely and very obviously talk about you in their own language and make up prices as they go along to charge you more. £5 for one nail repair?? They will never get my custom again.

Awful nail salon rude staff specially the manager rubbish job done on my nails broke off after 2 days they failed to take any responsibility over priced and bad quality nail salon !! Would NOT recomme...

So I went there today to get my old nail extensions taken off and to get a new acrylic set. I choose to go there because I am a student and I saw that they do 20% student discount Monday-Wednesday.

So I went there today to get my old nail extensions taken off and to get a new acrylic set. I choose to go there because I am a student and I saw that they do 20% student discount Monday-Wednesday.
So when they told me it's £30 I asked why and they said taking off is £10, but in their leaflet it says £7 if you get a full set.
So they charged me £3 more and didn't understood what I said because of the poor English they have.
Then while I was drying my nails I saw small holes on the nail colour and I knew it is because the colour is old and When i asked the store manager she answered it's only dust I told her it isn't going away and you can clearly see those are holes.
There was another guy who did the nails and told to chose a new colour as he knew it was because the colour is old. I couldn't be asked to sit there again for 2 hours just because they cannot exchange their colours regularly!
And Yh they even didn't put a top coat after everything, even though most of the places do.
It is a ripoff!!

The service at this place was an absolute waste of money. The lady who done my mother's pedicure didn't soak her feet long enough and was absolutely rushing which resulted in her getting a cut on her heel. Honestly you will not feel like you have had a pedicure. None have met the standards of customer service and nail quality that I experienced in this shop many times. I can be sure to say that the most recent full set acrylics I received was the best I had ever got and doesn't go unnoticed by friends, family and even strangers.
