Had my nails doe at this Salon a few times due to it being not far from my home, i know they are not great hence ONLY going when in a rush. However i will NEVER go back again, there nail varnishes are dried up and really bad quality and they always chip, i had my toes painted the Saturday by Tuesday morning they had all chipped some even came of the toe completely. I have also had my acrylics new set done just before Christmas, i do not know if the false nail they use is really bad quality or the acrylic they put on top is bad quality but a week and a half later all my nails are hanging off by a tiny thread, i also have cracks in the middle of the nail i can see its going to break anytime soon. That is my last time visiting that salon, the staff are nice and did my toes again free of charge but i just do not like the way they do nails, even when putting on the nail varnish they lay it on so thick that i can see little bubbles in the polish and its impossible for it to dry #WASTEOFMONEY Read Less

I came to get a gel refill at this place, they charge £18 for it plus two pounds for replacing two broken nails. I had the stiletto design (pointy nail) asked for it to be kept the same just taken down in length. After over an hour he had only just finished filing my nails. He made them wonky/ lopsided. I kept telling him that it is not straight but he acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. After a long debate another lady filed it a little but it became even worse I had already paid £22 by this point as I had also asked for two nails to have crystal lines put on them. The lady doing this couldn't even do a straight line seems like everyone's eyesight is crooked. Even after pointing it out to her while she was applying it , her response was "oh too late". My nails look horrendous I will definitely never come back here again and stick to going to my regular manicurist even though it's a 7 mile drive away from home. Service is terrible. I only came here as my mother was having radiotherapy at st Georges nearby. When I told the employee I have to pick her up and that I would be back for the crystal lines the reply was "no". I'm sorry what now?! That was not a request. And I already paid. Never again. I will be making that long drive tomorrow as I cannot live another day looking at these terribly done nails. What a waste of my money. Did I forget to mention that after the crystals were put on I was asked to pay another £3. On top of the £22 that I already paid. Do not come here! Very disappointed. Had acrylic nails done here and the final result ended up looking unprofessional. The acrylic got onto my actual skin, nail lengths were uneven and overall they look big and bulky. Worst experience ever. I strongly do not recommend, as there are other and more professional nail salons out there for the same price (£20), but way better than this one!! Read Less
