This nails bar is one of the best my wife has ever been too. The staff are friendly, treat the customers like friends they are genuinely pleased to see. Nothing is too much trouble. The whole process is done with care. Don’t expect a quick slap dash 30 minute nail polish. These guys take pride in their work & the results are superb. Long lasting painted nails that last well into the third week. The pedicure basement is set up with fabulous relaxation chairs, foot spas etc. Everything used by the salon is spotlessly clean. On a recent trip to London, I dropped in to Vivi nails. I got a french manicure (natural nails) that was gorgeous, fast and lasted for 10 days! All the staff were pleasant, the environment is clean and relaxing enough considering it is a fairly quick place. And quick is good! I was short on time and impressed how quickly they worked. Had an overall amazing experience. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, the salon itself had a really great atmosphere. Incredibly happy with the result of my manicure (I got a Full Set of Gel Powder with Extensions) and the attention to detail that was given during the service was really great. The team who work there are all very lovely and professional and I really enjoy catching up with them on everything. I only went to this nail spa as a one off because I couldn't get to my usual one. But I can safely say that this shop will now be my regular! The staff in there are amazing and so accommodating. And unlike other nail salon staff that make you feel pressurised into picking a colour, the staff at Vivi actually helped me to decide which colour would suit me; and they came up with a really creative design idea. AMAZING!! Went in with a friend for a gel manicure and pedicure, everything from the welcome to the very last touch was perfect. Great care, detail and attention is given as well as a wonderful atmosphere and very friendly staff. They do everything meticulously, you even get an exfoliating scrub, hot towels, and hand cream after the manicure! And though it may be a little more than other nail salons b it's worth it and then some! I don't think you could ever leave dissatisfied with them, and that says a lot.
