The best mani & pedi I've ever had! The staff is wonderful, attentive and pays such close attention to detail. They also don't talk to each other between staff while getting done like most salons do. This is my go-to nail salon in London, I go every two weeks for my SNS manicures. Needless to say, I have gone through several loyalty cards! They consistently do a perfect job and are the only salon I trust for SNS in London. It is smooth and even and there is an extensive colour range. I got SNS French nails, and they are lovely and well done- however, at the end, I was made to pay a different price than what was advertised online. I explained that the advertised price was different, and the attendant insisted on the higher price because of the French tips (even though the price listed already included this). Looking at the site now, I think she got me confused with the lady next to me, who was having a colour change as well. Either way- lovely nails, but watch out for overcharging. Read Less

I am an American living in London, and this place is one of the best nail salons I've found here or at home in the US! They do a fantastic, clean manicure and can provide services as quickly or as leisurely as you choose based on the service you pick. Express manis really do happen in 20 minutes without sacrificing quality. Each time I have gotten my gel manicure done here it lasts a solid two weeks without chipping. I have been a client of office nails since they opened and I always receive great service. The place is always looks busy so I recommend booking ahead of time but they also do walk-ins. The nail technicians are really friendly and they all do a good job. I normally get my sns manicure by moon but would recommend any staff and it lasts for over 2 weeks without chipping! Read Less

I usually get acrylic powder on but it make my nails thinner .Since came to Office nail,they recommended SNS nail,I absolutely LOVE them. They come out thinner and more natural and they actually provide vitamins for my own nails.Even when they are removed my own nails got stronger than before.They last ages as well as large selection of color, I had a really lovely beautician who was very friendly and chatty. Came i for an eyebrow threading and pedicure, and I can't wait to come back. Everyone was super friendly, especially when I mentioned that I was worried about the threading because of past experiences. But the lady was super nice and it went really fast, and she made sure to ask that everything was ok. The pedicure is really good too, excellent quality and lots of colours to choose from. I had my nails done at Office Nails twice so far and I am very impressed by how long it last for me. My nails chip very easily but the ones I get here last solid 3 weeks. Now it's been two weeks since I had my nails done last time they still look very nice and fresh. I think it can definitely last another week :) The salon itself is very clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. Have been going to Office Nails since Christmas, i have the sns and think it is brilliant. As strong as acrylic but without the damage, as thin and shiny as gel but lasts so much longer. The staff here are friendly and helpful when you cannot decide on a colour, as there is so much choice. Would highly recommend them to anyone for nails or pedicure. Have yet to try any beauty treatment but no doubt i will give them a try. Read Less

Ok the beauty salon is very beautiful and very clean.I had a booking for eyelashes extensions and this woman (Lucy) came after she had lunch and I had to deal with onion breath ,that's fine I can deal with that but after she took me upstairs to show me her limited selection of eyelashes (she speak very little english!) I was totally disappointed to find out that she has only 2 different sizes and all of them the cheap quallity,the very rough ones!!! She was very rude and very unproffesional!! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene of nail salons and good customer service is absolutely essential. This place ticks all the boxes.
