First time going here and I can’t fault it. I got a shellac manicure nearly 4 weeks ago and I’ve only had 1 nail slightly start to chip. Cannot believe how long they’ve lasted! I’m a regular customer here, but today unfortunately I had a negative experience with a ‘manager’ that left me feeling really disappointed. My treatment wasn’t up to normal standard and I explained this to the ‘manager’ - I experienced attitude and unfriendliness - something which I’m not used to. It’s supposed to be a luxury treatment place so I expect to walk out feeling relaxed, rejuvenated & happy; not with a bitter taste in my mouth! As I said, my treatment wasn’t up to standard and I was still expected to pay full price - without it being rectified. Their work I would say is four or five stars. However, not all but some of the staff have no idea about customer service. I came in and said good morning to which the technician replied talk a seat and said she didn't say good morning because she doesn't have to and I'm lucky she answered me at all. Then when I asked if she could fix the nail on my thumb she said don't tell me how to do your nails! And proceeded to argue with me saying there is no manager here today do you want me to do your nails or not! I say I would like it this way and she just looks at me continuing to do what ever she likes. I do not understand the concept of paying for a service and being insulted! Mimi did such a great job on a full set of coffin acrylics. Very neat work, took her time to make sure they looked just right. Had shellac done on my hands and feet a few times here. On the last occasion, they had the trainee remove my shellac unsupervised, and in the process she wrecked my nails. The drill she used to sand it away was rotating the wrong direction and she simply said "whoops" and adjusted it, after doing both feet and a full hand. My nails which were previously in perfect condition were brittle, chipping and peeling for months and the whites had a shadow-like effect. They have only just fully recovered. When I went back to explain what they did to my nails they said it was due to back-to-back shellac. This is not possible. I had only had shellac done 4 times, and I am certain the damage was in the removal on the 4th because that's when the damage showed. Care is all in the removal. On another note, they are over-priced, not the cleanest of salons and the technicians pick and choose who they want to give appointments to. On one occasion I rang to make an appointment at a specific time, but was told my the receptionist they were fully booked that day. I had my nails done here as a practice run for my wedding and I burst into tears as soon as I left. Not only did the lady cut my nails very short and different lengths but she also aggressively cut back the skin around my nails drawing blood on one finger. I now have very sore fingers with scabs present around my nails on multiple fingers. I am just grateful I have three weeks to my wedding day and so can grow my nails back and hopefully the scabs will heal in time. NEVER USE THIS SALON. Read Less

Amazing and professional service; salon looks great, very clean and tidy. Nails always done perfectly, outcome is that they are a lot stronger and healthier. Prices are right. Amazing nail salon! Over years I've been to many different ones and never had such a warm feeling coming in like in nails boutique- they will remember you, always ask how you are, offer a drink. All the staff members are really polite. But the most important they are amazing at their job too- my nails (after using their service for more than a year) looks strong and healthy and many times friends asked me where I have my nails done, because they look beautiful.
