Worst customer service. Not a nice place - went once but ended up walking out. They were incredibly rude and that’s putting it mildly! Found out later from talking to other local friends that they experienced the same... just weren’t brave enough to walk out! Haha... so glad I did. Would never give my custom to a place like that. usually come here for eyebrows as its a good price and always look lovely. But cant believe they charge £50 for eyelash extensions. absolutely horrified with mine, the woman put far too much glue that stung my eyes. i am not wearing any eye makeup in this photo but will have to now to hide the black clumps of glue. my eyes sting to close and the eyelashes are so heavy and brittle. by far the worst eyelash extension experience ive ever had. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. overpriced and awful! my eyelashes are the beds of my eyelashes are in a LOT of pain. ive had to pull some out due to this. would go in and ask for a refund for this disgusting service but apparently they dont do refunds. funny that. I went to this nail salon today, if you can call it that. I showed the older woman what I wanted, which was a picture on Pinterest of short almond shaped acrylic nails, she said that she could achieve that no problem. I sat and watched her do my nails, she did not press in the acrylic and the nails were really high and bulky and a lot longer than I asked for! I told her I wasn’t happy and that it did not look like the picture. I Asked her to remove them as I was not happy with the end result, her brother chimes in at this point and said that they would charge me and extra £10 to remove the nails! I was appalledat this!! I argued that I was an unhappy customer who had already paid £25 to have a bad job done! They then spoke in their language and the brother then said that is sister didn’t want him to remove the nails so they refused to remove them. These people are not professional and are really really bad at doing nails, I would advise you to go anywhere but this establishment as the quality of work and professionalism is very very poor. I only rated one start as I couldn’t rate zero! Also, I’m reporting this place to the council as the hygiene standards are very bad, it is really disgustingly dirty there is not even a towel to dry your hards, you’re given kitchen towel and a really dirty nail brush, which is not washed and everyone uses!! I have had my nails done at Amy’s nails before and not had a problem. I believe the staff could be a bit nicer and not as aggressive but I just mind my own business. However on Sunday I thought I would try their salon side and have £50 eyelash extensions done. DONT GO THERE FOR THEM!!! I got told the £20 ones lasted a week and the £50 ones last 3 and a half so I opted for the more expensive ones. After applying them she said if any fall off in the next 2-3 says come back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! It’s now Tuesday and all of them have fallen off. The lady who did them was really nice and kind when putting them on, even though it got in my eye and made them all watery and sore but apart from that it was fine. I did ask them about it and then sent me a nice text saying come back in to store but I work 6 days a week and don’t have time to be going too and from Kingston on my only day off to get my eyelashes sorted. I won’t be back and don’t expect a reply but maybe Amy’s nails should take some constructive criticism from their reviews and do some customer service training courses. I am reporting this to trading standards and health and hygiene as I never signed forms and never had a glue test so have fun! Read Less

The staff is extreemely rude i went back there today as i did my nails a one and a half week ago and they were disgusting !! the woman that was doing them had no idea what she was doing and she put the gel on my cuticules so a week later they were all horrible as air went under the gel on both sides on almost every nail !! and also she used a normal nail polish top coat which peeled off itself after few days . So when something like this will happen to me in any other salon ...they will happily offer me to fix them obviously for free or once the lady in Nails Boutique offered me a fresh new set when they did a horrible job on my nails , i didnt ask for a refund, i came beeing nice to them and all i could hear from rude owner was : do you smoke?!?!( no i dont ) he was trying to do anything to blam e me and told me that i can pay for infill so they will fix it if not they will only put top coat now!! Here is a picture how the lady fixed them (filed them not even properly as i could still se the air under them ) and she wanted to put a clear top coat nail polish on the top of that . i had enough, i asked them to clean the top coat and said to the man that he have lost the sutomer just and which he answer to me ( in front of at least 5 customers when doing some ladys nails) WE DONT WANT YOU HERE GO AN DMAKE YOUR NAILS YOURSELF!!! i literally went speachless , just said thats very nice of you and left . PLEASE PEOPLE DONT GO TO THEM I HOPE THEY WILL NOT HAVE ANY CUSTOMERS AND HAD TO CLOSE DOWN SOON !!! The service of nail salons in this country scares me , and the wors is people thinks its ok to pay for this level of work ! i paid 30 pounds for those disgusting nails and i am nail techniquen myslef i just dont wor as one ale let me say THE HYGIENE DOES NOT EXIST THERE! gloves ? using sanitised and clean tools? they use same files , they dont wear gloves and dont wash they hands after customers and they use their own nails to push gel, cuticules etc... i am cringing when i see places that make money on people ... it was i think the worst beauty experience ever and i will make sure i will leave my feedback on every website that is possible and i will tell every friend of mine to not go there.
