Been coming here for over 3 years now. Last visit was last week and I even treated my mum to a pedicure.
On his visit I was charged more than usual for my normal infill with shellac and also take off...
Been coming here for over 3 years now. Last visit was last week and I even treated my mum to a pedicure.
On his visit I was charged more than usual for my normal infill with shellac and also take off and put on of shellac on toes. When I questioned this I was told it was the same price... which I no is wrong. i was charged £20 for take off and put on of shellac on toes when I have 100% paid less before.
Also, I was told by the lady for every £100 you spend you get 10% off with the loyalty card. My last visit I spent £65.
I asked again how the loyalty works and was told you get 10% off after 4 visits to the shop.
I find the lady in the store to always be rude not sure if she is the manager. I have met the owner years ago and she was nice.
Tried calling owner on 2 separate occasions. no answer and no reply from message left

I will Not be coming back. I came here initially when it first opened 10 months ago, has been going downhill since then. My experience today was horrendous. First the catalog for choosing colours is wrong. You pick a colour and what they bring you is different. They say this is the fault of the manufacturer who labelled I wrong. Unfortunately they can’t find the colour I choose, they don’t even know if hey have it, they bring me something they think is close but it was the person doing my nails done hat crowned my horrible experience it’s either she was not listening or did not understand me am trying to grow my nails, 3 weeks ago when I went there, they put an acrylic nail on one of them that had broken so it would match the others. I have gel polish on and went in today to change my polish, she takes off my acrylic nail and when I ask her why all she should have done is filled it. She says you asked me to. Why would I ask you to do that the nail is obviously too short. She goes to put another one but first cuts off my 3 weeks nail growth. When I get upset she tells me to relax. Seriously then they charge me for the replacement nail they took off when I didn’t ask them to. When I said am not happy about this, they tell me it’s only 2 pounds. I spent three hours of my life and money for this terrible service. Don’t go here, am definitely not going back

Been going here for almost 5 years now (including their old shop at the other end of the High Street before they moved to current location). John & Nancy, and all the rest of the team are great. Really friendly and I'm always very happy with my nails! Would definitely recommend.

I have been with Fashion nails from the beginning. The Staff are always polite and helpful and go that extra mile to make sure when you leave the salon they have satisfied the customer. I have never gone away unhappy and would recommend Fashion Nails without hesitation.

I have been going to fashion nails for years probably 12 years and have always had an amazing experience.
The owners are great people who treat you really well each time you visit. I would not change going anywhere else as I don’t think anyone can be as good as them.
I went there last week and tried a new vitamin e treatment, amazing as it’s chemical free and helps strengthen your nails.
I would definitely recommend fashion nails to everyone as they do the best nails.

Been going here for some time and been fairly happy with the service. Went in a few days ago with my daughter and after a long discussion over colours, we both finally chose. Mine was a violet colour and my daughter chose a deep red. After 3 coats were applied we left. Our nails were manicured very well but we both realised that we had the same colour...black! Just been back in to complain and was fobbed off with its due to my nails! I have never heard such rubbish in my life and was also told that they apply 3 coats to ensure it lasts longer but the colour wont be the same!! What's the point in choosing a colour if they all turn out the same....black!! Not interested in re varnishing them and accepted my loyalty card back!! They have lost 2 customers which actually means nothing to them. Avoid this shop. It's not what it seems.

Such lovely staff and such great service - no rush, and no rip off - to take my shellac off, re apply, manicure and massage it was all £22. Some of the other money grabbing nail shops up the high street do a bad job yet charge more! these are wonderful - BEST one up Barkingside High Street.

I got a full set of acrylics and they were not filed correctly so each nail was a different shape. When I got them removed, the acrylic was not completely taken off. Staff can be quite friendly and prices are low but they need to take more care and pay attention to what they are doing. Also, there is not a great range of colours available.

Poor service and dishonest staff. I had a party for my daughter and most of tbe girls nail polish came off the next day. Had paid for my nails and unfortunately had to leave without my nails being done, was told that I could come back at a later date because I had paid. When I returned to the shop two occasions excuses were made as to why it was not possible for them to do my nails and was refused my money back!!

Been coming here for over 3 years now. Last visit was last week and I even treated my mum to a pedicure.
On his visit I was charged more than usual for my normal infill with shellac and also take off and put on of shellac on toes. When I questioned this I was told it was the same price... which I no is wrong. i was charged £20 for take off and put on of shellac on toes when I have 100% paid less before.

I will Not be coming back. I came here initially when it first opened 10 months ago, has been going downhill since then. My experience today was horrendous. The owners are great people who treat you really well each time you visit. I would not change going anywhere else as I don’t think anyone can be as good as them.
I went there last week and tried a new vitamin e treatment, amazing as it’s chemical free and helps strengthen your nails.
I would definitely recommend fashion nails to everyone as they do the best nails.

Been going here for some time and been fairly happy with the service. Went in a few days ago with my daughter and after a long discussion over colours, we both finally chose. Mine was a violet colour and my daughter chose a deep red. After 3 coats were applied we left. Our nails were manicured very well but we both realised that we had the same colour...black! Just been back in to complain and was fobbed off with its due to my nails! Such lovely staff and such great service - no rush, and no rip off - to take my shellac off, re apply, manicure and massage it was all £22. Some of the other money grabbing nail shops up the high street do a bad job yet charge more! these are wonderful - BEST one up Barkingside High Street.

Staff can be quite friendly and prices are low but they need to take more care and pay attention to what they are doing. Also, there is not a great range of colours available.
