Awful experience. The staff is rude I was shouted at by the guy who was doing my nails, first of all they have to work on their customer services skills second they have to work on quality. I did shellac that chipped off in a day, I can’t understand how a nail specialist can get the shape wrong. I took three of my friends and was embarrassed, we booked an appointment for 4pm we were there 5 mins before our appointment and had to wait 45mins for our turn. The lady on the front desk was very rude, upon asking how long will they be she said if you want to go somewhere else go don’t waste my time! Then after I got my nails done and I was not happy as they were not straight not the shape I wanted and the polish was not neat and complained they forced me to pay for the awful job they did! I will never go back and will not recommend to anyone!

Best Salon around! I’ve worked at several in the area & Hendersonville Nails & Spa is by far, the best one! They treat their employees very well, & they have wonderful customer service!

This is my new favorite nail spa. All techs are very talented, the place is always immaculate, and inviting. I have had a great experience every time I have been in, Friday I even brought my daughter.

This place is very nice and clean. The service was very awesome. I had my SNS powder done by Teeny(owner) she did a wonderful job. I really like this place and highly recommend to everyone.

I will drive two hours to get my nails done here every 2-3 weeks. They always do a superb job, and their color selection is off the charts. You actually get a menu to choose from for your pedicure, and you can get a complimentary glass of wine upon request. This salon also does SNS. They never disappoint.

All I can say is RUSH RUSH RUSH. Here they want you in/out and don't really care what your nails look like. Also I have to add there is a man in there who is very unprofessional and actually quite rude - made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer! I would recommend Fashion Nails down Barkingside High Street - after trying them all this was the best.

I have been a regular since it opened. However, today, the young man with a tattoo was brash and rushed. The young girl who pedicured had to be told about putting the massage chair on and repaint a streak left and was extremely rude as she shouted when enquiring about the price. Both young staff need customer service training.

Wouldn't even give it one star but have no choice. Burnt my foot with hot water to prove that it was not hot but on top of that she grabbed my foot and raised it out the water with force when I said the water for my pedicure was getting too hot. Rude and need to be shut down. The time before I went she was rude to me and didn't even do my pedicure properly it was down in under 10 minutes

Booked two months in advance for my wedding day. I came ten minutes late due to parking. They gave my appointment away and didnt even bother to call me. Ridiculously rude staff. No costumer sevice. Always have to pay in cash. Not worth the attitude of the staff members. Really disappointed with the sevice. Would not recommend. At all. Especially not before my wedding day. They completely stressed me out.

Awful experience. The staff is rude I was shouted at by the guy who was doing my nails, first of all they have to work on their customer services skills second they have to work on quality. I did shellac that chipped off in a day, I can’t understand how a nail specialist can get the shape wrong. All I can say is RUSH RUSH RUSH. Here they want you in/out and don't really care what your nails look like. Also I have to add there is a man in there who is very unprofessional and actually quite rude - made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer!
