First time going there and not a fan. I was rushed while getting them done i felt like he didnt care what he was doing. And now my nails are starting to crack on one of my thumbs. I’ve been a few times and while the manicures and pedicures are well done, the complete lack of organization is stressful. They ask you what service you would like, take your name, seat you and then ask you several more times what service you need, move you to other seats, leave you sitting there for 20 minutes, ask you again what service you’re there for, and sometimes have one person start your service and another complete it. Place is clean and quiet. Which is nice. Hubby and I chose the same pedicures. We didn’t get the same treatments. He had paraffin wax, they didn’t do mine. I didn’t realize they forgot it until they did his...figured it’d be at the end. They messed up my polish but we just didn’t want to wait anymore. I have been going to this salon for about 3 years now and it is okay. I really hate the wait. Sometimes I am there for 4 hours. Some of the workers are rude and don't want to do the designs you ask them for. They always complain about that. I recommend Julie, Amy and Robert. They are really friendly and try their best to jeep you satisfied. Don't bother making appointments. You will never be seen at the time you requested for. I always make appointments and end up being helped an hour later. All I can say is that if you go to this salon, just plan to be there a half day. Read Less

Quick and excellent service, for walk-ins. I enjoy getting a pedicure and usually a manicure, but don't like it to take 3 hours. Lily was just great. A great job on toes and fingers, without taking too long (I get antsy after being there for 60 mins or so), and best of all she was gentle on the massaging. My skin can't take real aggressive massaging, and Lily was just wonderful. Read Less

It was OK - the seat that I was in the foot rest was broken so it was hard to relax , And the person who was doing my pedicure took way too long - over 90 minutes for what should've been a 50 minute pedicure. Always get my nails done here & wouldn't go anywhere else. Always on time with their appointments, very fair with appointments. They always cater for any nail art that i have found. Highly recommend the team here :) Read Less

I am a licensed cosmetologist who does nails for a living. I needed a last minute pedi and my sister in law who is not licensed recommended this place to me. The atmosphere is relaxing I will give them that, I was so dissatisfied with my service. They do not disinfect their pedicure tubs, they used dirty implements on me during a pedicure I payed $45 dollars for. I am so sad that people have become accustomed to this type of treatment. And to top it off, the gel polish is all over my cuticle on my toes. Please investigate a salon before getting your service done at it. Read Less
