The lady who did my nails was super nice and i was very happy with my nails until that evening when one finger began to hurt and swell. Have been multiple times and is satisfied each time. Busy at times but outcome is great. Usually have shellac but Jenny recommended glitter and they look great also. Avoid local as price is not as advertised. Highly recommend. Read Less

I've been here numerous times as I live locally, and have had many good experiences and have never been disappointed with the results, until today. I walked in as per usual, early in the morning as I didn't have an appointment and it normally gets busy towards the afternoon. The older lady of the shop acted as if this was a massive problem and was very short with me for the rest of my visit. She didn't ask what shape I wanted at all, and therefore cut my nails too short - whe...n I asked for the nails to be a little more pointy rather than squared she wasn't impressed. She filled them way too harshly and left the tips of my fingers and around my nail bed bleeding or sore. My nails therefore look odd and misspreportioned, not what I asked for at all and my thumbs are wonky and too small. Disappointed and paid £25 to be treated like crap and get awful looking nails. She spent more time filling her own nails and shaping them, than she did mine. Was extremely rude and made me feel bad for even wanting my nails done in the first place. Easily the worst nail salon I have been to. They rushed whilst putting my acrylics on which meant that they where all different sizes and they are not put on straight. This salon is not worth the waste of time or money. Read Less

My 1st visit to the shop and would never return there again! My nail technician (if you can call her that) called me over with hand gestures whilst sitting there eating peanuts!?? Totally unhygienic!! Then she proceeded to prepare my nails ready for acrylics to be applied by cutting back my cuticles to far so they were sore and bled which she muffled sorry under her mask which was a suprise to me that she spoke since the whole time I had sat down she hadn't looked at me and s...aid anything A solution was applied to one cuticle cos it bled a lot which stung like crazy but the torture wasn't over yet as whilst painting the acrylic nails she pushed back the remaining cuticles left with her dirty nails Disgusting!! She then left me at the table with my nails under the nail dryer and never returned to the table I had to ask a nail technician next to me if I was finished and could leave!
