An amazing group of staff, very professional and friendly. I felt at ease and not rushed at all, my nails were disgusting before I walked in and as I walked I couldn’t help but smile. I recently moved to Kenton and seeing as The Nail Shop is close to my home, l thought l would try it out for the first time. I called to enquire about prices and to book an appointment... (appointment only). The staff who took my call was polite and professional. She mentioned that there prices had increased from the 1st April and that the price list online was incorrect... l suggest you call first like l did to find out the correct price. I think that was my only Qam that the price list wasn't updated on there website but other than that, l was absolutely thrilled with my nails! Prices are average to other nail salons. On arrival, l was acknowledged and greeted with a smile and asked to take a seat and look over there colours. The Nail Shop was quaint and sophisticated, loved the decor.
