Made me bleed because he used the wrong side of the buffer. Then had the cheek to charge me 5 pounds extra for a 'manicure' which was actually a cuticle tidy. i refused to pay the extra, and will never go back. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Staff is rude, they talk behind customer's back - you can tell without understanding their language. Arrogant and rude. The guy who was doing my nails was very annoyed by me asking to open the door, as I could not breathe from the chemicals in the room. He was very agressive while doing my nails and could not even bother to do it properly. Doesn't matter if you have an appointment, they make you wait 30-40 minutes. I went first time on may 25. At first my pedicurist was friendly until i couldnt decide the colour i wanted to do. The moment i couldnt decide she became unfriendly. She harshly told me to get up and go find the colour on the wall like i was a child. I already chose hand colour. She didnt help me at all. She kept being angry at me once i had decided after. So rude. She talked in her language with her colleague too assuming slagging me. It was not busy at all. Just 2 other clients. She did do a good pedicure however after all that and painted my nails well. I sat in the manicure seat and this man walked in. He was having a pedicure. Im sorry to say this but he had the most deformed feet from lack of care i have ever seen, not genetically. This girl started the pedicure with a chisel spinning tool to file the nails down as they were yellow and black with calluses on feel. I smelt the worse smell ever with this man doing his feet. It was disgusting!!! I wanted to throw up.it is not fair on other customers as they dont seem to be cleaning the tubs properly with bleach etc or the tools. Such people should get a treatment in specialised feet places then have a pedicure in normal salons. It was awful!!! He clearly had infections and Fungus. Im not going there again unless i know they have thoroughly sanitised their tools and not allow people who need medical pedicures to have a normal pedicure. Disgusting!!! Aside from this my nails were painted well. After few days i noticed my big toe was itching inside. I think i may have caught some bacterial infection from here but i cant be sure its from the pedicure. Their lack of hygiene and bad customer service will get them closed other wise the rest of the staff are very good at doing nails. I just wasn't made to to feel special.Read Less
