They don't know how to manage appointments and walk ins at the same time. I have been waiting over an hour and a half now, if i had been told i had to wait this long instead of the 20 min i was told as soon as i came in, i would have left. I just asked the receptionist and she said it will be extra 20 min as she has appointments booked for today. If thats the case why are customers told to wait only 20 minutes? I have seen at least 10 customers being served before me... i get it they booked. Than do your math right and dont say 20 minutes. They always do this. I wish I could give NO stars. I have been going to 5 star nails for years now...the nail technician that I use is professional and I never have any issues once I leave. She's also very funny and we have a great relationship, so I know that she and I will always have a laugh, she will also advise on colour and be honest with me. The staff are pleasant and I can't say that I have had any complaints. Definatley one of the best nails shops locally for sure. Read Less

A good salon with a nice new refurbishment. However the attitude of the staff members needs improving. The lady dealing with appointments and running of the shop is always very nice. One staff member I recently had was terrible and I will make sure I don't them again. Speeding through my appointment so they could get back to texting and talking about smoking to much weed to someone else- cannot get any more unprofessional. When I asked for my nails to be filled before the acrylic nail was applied I was questioned about it like I was asking for the world even though I had previously had it done there. I get acrylic nails done quite often so when I heard about the good reviews of this place, I thought that I'd give it a go. Upon entering, I was greeted by a lovely person at a desk and got positioned to a station right away. Nice and quick service. The person doing my nails was a female that was extremely rude. It started when I didn't like the colour of the polish and asked for another. She became agitated and started to speak in her own language to her colleague. It was clear that she was bad mouthing me as her colleague kept looking at me. At this point, I didn't say anything more and just let her finish off but vowed to never come here again. The fake nails were glued on with what looked like super glue and there was a huge gap left between my actual nail and the fake nail, which is probably the result of not using nail specialised glue. Because of this, I had to have the nails removed 2 days after because of everything of that had collected there. Secondly, the colour I selected was dry so the nail technician added a lot of a special liquid to the polish which I believe degraded the quality of the polish. I say this because before I even left the salon, I was getting holes on the surface and the polish didn't last very long. Furthermore, she wasn't being careful with thinning my nail and even made my skin bleed at several points. Overall, this has by far been the worst experience I have had from a nail salon. You could tell that not everyone there is qualified nor have had the appropriate training. The results were mediocre acrylic nails. I have a foot infection from this place on both feet currently on holiday. The pedicure they gave me hurt, and after all that the skin was still left hard and dry and I have had good pedicures in the past. My feet are swollen and in pain and the shellac on my toes is so thick. Stay away from this place my feet are ruined maybe for life. Little toe began to pain couple hours after the pedicure then the next day swollen burning feet then split toes and more pain. Was not worth it at all and feet still cracked. Will be going to court. This place is always busy for a reason. The staff are lovely and hard working. They do what they do and they do it well. I'm always coming back here because they're fast, friendly and efficient. My nails always look great. Queues don't last long. The tables are always busy. Cash is preferred but card is accepted. Loyalty cards are given out. I always recommend this place. Read Less
