If you want your nails and toes don't in a clean cheerful environment where the staff is friendly and warm .
This is the place to visit
The workman ship is excellent and if there a problem it is sorted out without any argument.
Yes this is one of the best places in Hackney to have your nails and toes done.
The only problem if any will be on the weekend with the queue .
It's best if possible to visit The shop during the week.

Not a great experience - rush job - want you in and out even though no people waiting. Didn't ask what we wanted just assumed and got on with it The shellac was uneven and bumpy and nails needed refilling. My nails had to be redone. No care or customer service. Won't be going back. Better places in the area. Sorry guys - your competition is better. Take more time / care!!

I noticed this new nail shop and the special offer for shellac there were offering so I took a chance and went in even though I usual go to a place on bethnal green road. I have been visiting nails in the area for years so I know a good/bad nail experience when I receive it. In all of my years of getting my nails done I have never had a worse job done. To be fair, the manicure was fine. Nothing to complain about but the shellac..I dont think I can fully describe how bad it was in words. I didn't get a good look at it while she was doing it, but when I went to wash my hands and got a proper a look, there was actually shellac on my knuckles! It was so so messy. Since the nail place was empty I didn't want to complain (I appreciate I should have spoken my mind now) as I knew the son and father were watching. I got the shellac on a Saturday and by Wednesday, 3 of my nails had peeled off! I have never experienced that before. Lesson learnt. Dont be fooled by a special offer. 20 quid down the drain.

Not a great experience - rush job - want you in and out even though no people waiting.
