There is one woman in there that is always so rude she sits on the first table as you come in thro the door, I don't know if it's coz she's uncomfortable with her weight but she is always in a mood her period moods must last all year round. She has no customer service skills and has to get involved in things that do not concern, She is losing Wendy a lot of clients. She does not understand what hard work is you then save to get your nails done when they are wrong I will say so that is my right as a client when I pay 25 pounds to get my nails done I expect perfection. If your nails do mess up and u wish to go back the employee should be very apologetic and not tell me it's no big deal if scratches on my nails, when it's not meant to scratch for two weeks if it's not a big deal then you are selling me a false product. Only a couple of girls which area good at their job and r friendly. The other talk in their own language hitching about clients.if you do go again the fat cow by the door. She needs to be fired !!!
