When I booked an appointment over the phone I was told it would cost £30 for a full set of acrylic because of the design I wanted, once I arrived I realised on the price list on the wall the actual price is £28. During the procedure I asked for coffin shape and had gotten square instead, the fake nails are not the right size for my nails and look too thin and are also very flat and don’t have any curvature like nails are supposed to have- fake or real. One of the Male nail technicians was rough with my hands and in the end I was told to pay £35 which is not the real price. A VO I D Would like to leave NO STARS for this joke of a nail bar but unfortunately I have to rate it to leave a review. I used this nail bar regularly a few years ago but fell out with Lee after he butchered my toe nails during a pedicure. Today I thought I'll return as I was local and needed a pedicure and manicure. I phoned an hour before to confirm the price for both. I repeated the treatment I required and was told the cost was £30 for shellac. Was seen by a young woman who finished an average pedicure. We then moved to the nail station where she started my manicure and managed to cut me with the cuticle scissors. The cut bleed. After hacking away at my nails I was then told to pay. I handed over £30 which she said wasn't enough. I informed her that's the price I was told over the phone and that's all the cash I had. She then spoke to the manager in Korean. I gathered with the head nods he confirmed the price should be £30 and said that's what he confirmed on the phone. She then shouted "shellac" at him and he said with the shellac the price is £57!!! I said I'm sorry but £30 is the price I am paying as that's what I was told twice on the phone. After a short disagreement I said I would pay for the pedicure only and not the "filing" they had started on my nails. I like to support local businesses where possible but this is a place that will no longer receive my custom and will urge anybody else to avoid.
