TERRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE!
Attended on Saturday ,Guy doing my nails was rude and did a very messy job, possibly because I got normal colour and not Shellac. The very next day the colour began to chip and I noticed the paint was not lined up neatly at all. Once the shop opened again on Monday I returned only to have them refuse to repaint my nails for me for free and the male “manager” became aggressive, loud and confrontational with me in front of all the other customers in the shop. I spoke calmly and simply explained that I wasn’t satisfied with the work that had been done as I’ve been to many nail shops over the years and never had my nails chip a day later. There are many other shops in Waltham cross Enfield area , do not go here.

I have never had a chance to actually go into this nail salon because every time I go to enquire about something they are so rude and I decide to spend my money elsewhere. I just called to find out the price of something and they literally hanged up the phone before I could finish speaking. The only reason they get 1 star is because I have to put a star to write a comment. If your someone like me who appreciates decent / good customer service I WOULD NOT step foot near this shop.
