After using Gelish for a few years now I've decided its time to change brands. They have a wide selection of colours which is great and some of these are fabulous. But there also seems to be so many colours that I don't find work as well. Some of the deeper colours have to be applied so thinly to avoid 'bubbling' - however even after super thin applications I can still sometimes get this problem. I have darker colours that don't have this problem at all. So if a certain colou...r is so hit and miss on whether it's going to work or not (and HO is aware of this) why launch it? At £25 a bottle I feel all colours should be applied seamlessly (please also note I've been in the industry for almost 10 years now, so it's not for my lack of skills). Another colour (June Bride) has been an issue, my last few bottles have been INCREDIBLE, this can't be taken away from the brand for designing such a fabulous colour. However my latest bottle has a serious lack of pink pigment and glitter. After sending this back for testing I was told batches do vary - which I understand. But for them to tell then go on and tell me that the bottle I had sent back had even more pigment than the ones they had in the warehouse and if they were to replace mine it would be even worse is very shocking as these will obviously be shipped out to other customers. I have been using gelish colours for years and love them! I sent my gelish lamp in for repair, had it back 2 days after and was refunded the postage to send it out! Very impressed by the service given! Read Less

Am very disappointed with the response I got today. I am having problems with 3 bright colours pop-arrazi pose, brights have more fun and rockin in the reef. Had same colours previously and were fine. These bottles however are not setting properly and within an hour of a client leaving are wrinkling. Am told I am applying too thick, even though not had this problem before with these colours, and I have used Gelish for 6-7 years have over 80 colours, been doing nails for 13 ye...ars, however its me I'm told . Was told to send back and they would test, I have done this before with "the big chill" ended up throwing away as you guys said there was nothing wrong with it and I could not use this at all. Am getting fed up of you blaming the user when there is clearly sometimes an issue with the bottle/batch and at £24 a bottle am not prepared to keep throwing bottles away. Think I maybe trying "The Gel Bottle" as have heard great things and are cheaper. Very disappointed. See More Read Less
