Poor service, staff were so rude and unfriendly. Would NOT recommend at all ! Also one nail was scratched when they checked if it was dry, noticed it but didn’t do anything about it ! Would give 0 stars if I could!

I had acrylics done and the service felt rushed... too rushed. She cut me a few times and always ignored me when I would take away my hand be cause she cut me. She made all my nails a different size and didn't check her work. I had to constantly keep an eye out for imperfections. The shape was okay but the color had soo many bubbles and when I told her she came and painted over it 3 times and by then I was tired of waiting I let them dry and went about my day. Originally was going there for my acrylics and pedicure but I changed my mind when I had the acrylics done. She just seemed like she hated her job and it showed through her work.

Stay clear still same rude staff just changed name....went for pedicure which took two hours.......as they smudged polish on big toe twice😤Finally went to pay and got told £28!!! What for normal poli...
Stay clear still same rude staff just changed name....went for pedicure which took two hours.......as they smudged polish on big toe twice😤Finally went to pay and got told £28!!! What for normal polish was then told I'm also paying for taking off gel polish ok don't mind paying but not £5 to take off...they r a rip off wouldn't go there again even if I was desperate. Make sure they confirm price befor they hit you wowing bill😩😥🤑

The lady I had my nails done by seemed inexperienced. Unfortunately it was the first time I’d had my nails done but I felt something was off, & when I asked my friends after they confirmed my concerns...
The lady I had my nails done by seemed inexperienced. Unfortunately it was the first time I’d had my nails done but I felt something was off, & when I asked my friends after they confirmed my concerns. My nails were stuck onto dusty hands, not once were they dusted. I was in the shop for a total of an hour & a half, my friend who had hers started after me was finished long before I was. One of my nails was dented but they fixed it, however after I left one nails paint came off. The nails themselves haven’t been filed properly & are 10x thicker than my friends. Also within half hour of leaving one nail is already chipped. I feel if she is in training, fair play but tell me, & maybe offer a discount. Because I have far less for my money than my friends have & have had to file down my nails myself as they was left way too sharp. And yet mine took longer to do!

Very efficient, staff are very kind. had to stop going to my local nail shop because the nail lady got rude to me after I told her I didn't like my nails. this shop is a brilliant alternative, has a nice atmosphere and my nails look very nice.
