I personally love this shop. You can’t get any better for £15 full set acrylics. They have some decent colours and it only takes around half an hour to get them done. Go here at your own discretion. I was here yesterday getting a gel refill and the technician cut my skin while filing my nail - not properly pulling back the skin to avoid this. This cut led to an infection which was most likely contracted from the equipment the technician used, as right after I left the salon, I disinfected and bandaged the cut. Awful experience! Read Less

1st visit to this 'salon' the staff were incredibly rude, at one point the lay actually threw my own hand back at me. 2nd visit I decided to give this place another chance, its was okay, very poor English, had to show pictures to tell them what I wanted, but the outcome was okay and the price was cheap. 3rd visit I arrived at 17:09 I was told in the shop they cannot take any more I would need to return tomorrow, confused I asked what time they shut, I was told 18:30! So why more than an hour before closing was I turned away!? I have since seen online they advertise open until 7pm! I will definitly not be returning! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! We made an appointment for 3 people, but when we get there, there's only two girls working. So we obviously did not get our nails done at the same one. I got no massage or cream in hands OR feet..and when I told them when they were finished..not only did they not apologize, but they argued to say.."We ALWAYS put cream." So now you're calling me an idiot for 'forgetting'? Fastest manicure predicure ever done in history, because girl took NO time to do my nails. She was on her cellphone HALF the time she was doing my nails. It's been 4 hours, and one nail has already chipped, with out any drastic bang or bump to the nail. Worst salon ever. Read Less

While sitting the lady beside got a much better pedicure then I did for some reason ... Gave me a low end pedicure lady was not happy at all ... Manicure same thing no cream plus I had to ask her file them straight not long on one side and short on the other ... Will never return to this spa Read Less
