I’ve been going here for years but today I was shouted at in front of the whole shop by one of the technicians saying I was trying too many colours! So upset and embarrassed I left and went to Jennife...
I’ve been going here for years but today I was shouted at in front of the whole shop by one of the technicians saying I was trying too many colours! So upset and embarrassed I left and went to Jennifer’s nails and I won’t be going back! It’s not the first time they’ve been rude! Awful place

It was the worse experience of my life. Made me bleed and continuously hurt me after I jumped so many times still wasn't careful. Couldnt even shape nails properly. Dont ever go there!

Not so happy with prices and services, i've been charged more than a full set for a refill, and the nails are not equal and covered correctly, disappointed

Rubbish service. Absolutely shit my nail broke in half hour went back they claim they don't know me and so rude specially the old one doesn't know english and shouts randomly at clients.

Also i managed to get them to remember me lol and they wanted me to find the colour when they are the specialist. Hopefully they will lose there license and know how to do good customer service.
