I have just left Station Nails & Beauty, and am extremely disappointed with the service. I went in yesterday and had my nails done for a party tonight - however one of the nails completely snapped off last (due to me picking up my phone - which shows how flimsy they were done!). I just went in for them to rectify this, and they told me they could not do this as the nail was broken too far down. My nail wouldn't of broken in a day, had it of been done properly and not so thinl...y filed. (Unfortunately this happened to me with them before with the same nail technition, nails were done the day before my holiday and two had already broken on the plane, with more proceeding to break during the two weeks. However they were helpful in this circumstance, even though, again, they were done too weak). I tried explaining to the man in the salon about my disappointment, and his customer service skills were absolutely dreadful. He continuously talked over me as I tried to explain my annoyance and dissapointment in the service, and then even proceeded to go back and do another customers nails as I was still talking to him!! There was no responsibility taken by the salon. If my nails had been done to a certain standard, they wouldn't break so easily! It's so unfortunate that I have to post this here. I've been using this salon since I moved into the area, & the women in charge are so lovely, & fantastic at nails. I wasn't taken seriously when I went in with the complaint, and so I need to share it here on facebook. See More Read Less
