The Salon opened for business in 2007 Nouveau is now under new management and has been a major sucess so to celebrate we are offering a number of reduced treatments and special offers!!! I have been here a couple of times now, the 1st time was excellent but this time was not so good. I booked a pedicure and waxing, I was in there for an hour and 20 minutes(including waiting time). The pedicure is meant to last 55 minutes (it actually lasted around 35-40), I now have perfectly painted nails but still quite hard and not particularly smooth feet. The waxing however I’m very disappointed in. I decided on having the Hollywood (all hair removed), having only had this done once before I still wasn’t entirely sure on exactly what the process should entail. The woman was very quick and made it as painless as possible which I certainly appreciated but when I got home and showered I realised that she had missed entire strips of hair, a few stray hairs would have been fine but this is 2 strips of hair about finger length. Overall a disappointing experience.

Had my second Brazilian today, last time I came which was 5 weeks ago it cost me £12 today I had the same therapist and it cost me £20. I did question the price and was told they had had a price increase and also Leanne is now a senior. When I got home and looked at my wax in the mirror i was horrified to see how crooked and patchy my wax is. Very disappointed.

Fantastic Salon, great atmosphere. Staff are very warm & welcoming. Have used this Salon for a few years now. I moved out of the area about 18 months ago & never found another Salon to match the warmth & welcome of Nouveau Beauty. So I now make the effort to travel back from East Sussex for my treatments. Natalie is very accommodating & always manages to fit me in at short notice. Would highly recommend this Salon to everyone.

She made me feel relaxed, after speaking to her I didn't feel nervous at all. Its my second day today and they are swollen a little but apart from that they are looking great. :)

Had already heard very good things about this place! My sister bought me and my hubby vouchers for a wedding present and we finally had our treatments today! I had my nails done and my hubby had a massage! The staff were all so lovely and friendly! Made us feel so at ease and welcome! For me, the conversation flowed and my nails were done superbly! Would deffo go back again and would totally recommend to others!

After having a horribly bad experience elsewhere and feeling completely unhappy with my lips, I cannot thank Natalie enough for today. I was at the point of wanting to cry about how my lips looked but Natalie reassured me I would be leaving Nouveau with the look I originally wanted and my god, she did not let me down. An amazing beautician who made me feel very welcome and gave me the plump and shaped lips I had wanted all along. I’ll definitely be returning for my treatments with her. Just had 0.5ml lip filler at nouveau and I love them. Everytime I visit I always have a good experience and everyone is so nice and welcoming. During my consolation natalie advised where best for me to have the filler to make them plump and even and they look really good. Very happy. Thank you.

Have been coming to Nouveau since it opened and always receive a great service and advice on the treatments I have. I regularly get my manicure, pedicure and waxing here and the therapists are all professional, friendly and make you feel welcome. I always recommend Nouveau to my friends when asked for recommendations. I have also had semi permanent eyebrows done by Natalie and we had a consultation first, showed me examples of her work and throughout the whole process ensured that I was happy with the progress.

I have been here a couple of times now, the 1st time was excellent but this time was not so good. I booked a pedicure and waxing, I was in there for an hour and 20 minutes(including waiting time). Had my second Brazilian today, last time I came which was 5 weeks ago it cost me £12 today I had the same therapist and it cost me £20. I did question the price and was told they had had a price increase and also Leanne is now a senior. Fantastic Salon, great atmosphere. Staff are very warm & welcoming. Have used this Salon for a few years now. I regularly get my manicure, pedicure and waxing here and the therapists are all professional, friendly and make you feel welcome.
