DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! The people in this shop are absolutely rude and horrible. I went back within a week as my nails had chipped and started to peal because they decided to use gel coating on top of my sns. Over the phone they said they will take them off and put back on, when I went back they didn’t do that, the filed my nails down, then dipped the two they were chipped. For some reason the sns wouldn’t dry so Hung had to do them a couple of times, my boyfriend was with me... and sat by me. A few days after my boyfriends mum went to have her nails done, they were rude to her, and lied saying I went in the shop demanding to be seen! And I kept complaining about my nails, when that wasn’t the case at all, and in fact I was planning to go back, as everyone has bad days! But after hearing what they said, I am absolutely disgusted, this is no way to run a business and to be honest they don’t deserve any! I urge you to find somewhere else where they staff aren’t rude. The day after my nail chipped again, because he nail was filed down and not dipped again. This is just half of the story. See More

Absolutely amazing! I've been recommended to this place by my coworkers, and boy was I presently surprised! The lovely man I've had took so much care with my absolutely horrendous, really badly damaged by another salon nails. They came out absolutely beautiful, I've had them for over two weeks and they still look great! All the staff is really friendly, chatty and have great banter, and I'll be back this week for an infill! Love the place, definitely highly recommended!

I have just moved to the area and found this place in crayford. My first impression of the customer service was brilliant, they make you feel very welcome offer you tea and cofee and engage in convers...
I have just moved to the area and found this place in crayford. My first impression of the customer service was brilliant, they make you feel very welcome offer you tea and cofee and engage in conversation while working hard.
I went in to check them out had a gel infill done, and came back the next day to have a pedicure done.
I would say 5* rating for them

It isn't my usual place but I was away from home so decided to take a chance. Never again!! I went in for gels and the girl insisted that I get sns dipping powder instead. The only reason I actually went was because they had told me that they use liquid gel, they don't. They were very thick, much thicker than my gel usually is. After a week they started to get discoloured. I have just had to have them removed and they have had to be cut right back because they are in awful condition, they are actually bending and as thin as paper!! Please don't go there. The only reason I gave them a star is because there's no option for no stars!!

Never going back again. I've been to many nail salons and this was by far the worst in terms of customer service. I was spoken to rudely in front of everyone in the shop (including some lovely ladies who said they felt embarrassed by the ordeal) because I had a issue with the shape of a certain nail and was not overly happy with the end result when my plain nails had glitter spots on them that I was told to "just leave".Thought it would be amazing due to the good reviews on this page so I took my friend but it turns out the shop has been taken over by new people and has not got the best reviews since!

Was my first visit for pedicure wasn't a great experience chair didn't work but that was my fault apparently be patient she said ok I was patient it still didn't come full on then water preasure slowed down so I'm guessing it was electric fault or something oh well not the end of the world so on with the treatment oh you've got a corn you need to see to that ! Er iv got bad back that's why I come to salon to have feet done ok you need get company in to put chair in your shower so you can do feet !! Guess I won't be paying her anymore ! feeling old n still got hard skin back of heels n big toes paint job was good reason for a 3

I had a pedicure on 15 July and came to miami nails as I'd always had my nails done great. I soaked my feet and waited for a rushed little nail technician who appeared to be late. She started rushing my feet first cutting my middle toe on right foot and trying to stop blood flowing she next started doing my hard skin on left foot rubbing so hard that she made my left foot bleed. I now had to go on holiday with 2 scabby feet. I should hv complained at the time but just wanted to get out. I must say this is the first time iv had this after years of using miami nails and not even offered a reduction or a cup.of tea. I'm not sure Il return if the staff are like this now. Shame it used to be good.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! The people in this shop are absolutely rude and horrible. I went back within a week as my nails had chipped and started to peal because they decided to use gel coating on top of my sns. Over the phone they said they will take them off and put back on, when I went back they didn’t do that, the filed my nails down, then dipped the two they were chipped. Absolutely amazing! I've been recommended to this place by my coworkers, and boy was I presently surprised! The lovely man I've had took so much care with my absolutely horrendous, really badly damaged by another salon nails. They came out absolutely beautiful, I've had them for over two weeks and they still look great! I have just moved to the area and found this place in crayford. My first impression of the customer service was brilliant, they make you feel very welcome offer you tea and cofee and engage in conversation while working hard.
I went in to check them out had a gel infill done, and came back the next day to have a pedicure done.
I would say 5* rating for them

It isn't my usual place but I was away from home so decided to take a chance. Never again!! I went in for gels and the girl insisted that I get sns dipping powder instead. The only reason I actually went was because they had told me that they use liquid gel, they don't. They were very thick, much thicker than my gel usually is. After a week they started to get discoloured. I have just had to have them removed and they have had to be cut right back because they are in awful condition, they are actually bending and as thin as paper!! Please don't go there. Never going back again. I've been to many nail salons and this was by far the worst in terms of customer service.
