My mum and auntie went there for a pedicure yesterday and when they came back their feet were peeled ,bleeding and sore. My mum couldn’t even walk. Went there today to complain and they were rude obnoxious. Their tools are dirty and the lady was mocking my mum’s face expressions and pressed hard on her foot saying it was nothing bad and she should go see the doctor. I was demanding to be reimbursed because the service was horrible and my mum and Aunty were hurt in the process but they refused and when I told them I would report them almost kicked us out of the shop. I have now reported them to Croydon council and trading standards who will now investigate. Please do not go there stay away you WILL get hurt. Quality is poor and hygiene is non existent. They should be shut down.
Ps: while my mum was having the pedicure another lady came back complaining her varnish had come off and a nail had fallen off after one day.
Simply appalling!!

I wouldn’t even give it one because this place is awful. If you break a nail because of their shoddy work they charge you ridiculous amounts. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

It's not as bad as the reviews, I got my nails done and they're just decent I guess. The man that did them was alright and tried to have a conversation with me while doing my nails to make me feel comfortable. I got these done for £17, would probably go back there again. It was an ok experience.

I think some of feedback left for this shop is way to harsh!! This shop has creditability as it has been open 22 years !!! Shop is not dirty I write this as i am in here now but didn't orginally plan...
I think some of feedback left for this shop is way to harsh!! This shop has creditability as it has been open 22 years !!! Shop is not dirty I write this as i am in here now but didn't orginally plan to this shop.. arrived in croydon (it's Sunday )many shops are closed . But as I had read some inaccurate I wasn't 100% sure about choosing USA nails!!
Let me say thank good I did .
Gentleman who is the nail technician !! He is very warm , helpful and very happy to provide what I had asked. Wasn't rude and was very professional !!! Took his time but also finished quickly too?defiently a technition not a trainee who don't give a damn or one of the techs who you constantly have to watch as you can tell there struggling
Good shop !! Glad I Ingnored the feedback and went with instinct !!

Worst place ever. Ruined my nails. The place is dirty. I would never gonna be too lazy to go to "Perfect Nails" in frith road. Because this place is hortible and staff is horrible as well. Also child care should check upon one staff lady who have a baby at all times in that stinky place!!! It is so unhealthy for a baby.

I would give them no stars if possible!!!! They clearly don't clean their tools since after going to them my nails started falling off which should never happen and I got an infection on my nail!! It's a cheap place for a reason and the staff themselves do not know what they are doing!! Never going back again!!

My mum and auntie went there for a pedicure yesterday and when they came back their feet were peeled ,bleeding and sore. My mum couldn’t even walk. Went there today to complain and they were rude obnoxious. It's not as bad as the reviews, I got my nails done and they're just decent I guess. The man that did them was alright and tried to have a conversation with me while doing my nails to make me feel comfortable. I got these done for £17, would probably go back there again. It was an ok experience.

I would give them no stars if possible!!!! They clearly don't clean their tools since after going to them my nails started falling off which should never happen and I got an infection on my nail!!
