I hate to write a negative review but I feel quite strongly about this. Really disappointed in the service and have been going to similar nail bars for many years. They were understaffed but still no excuse for rushed and poor quality service. I had a shellac taken off and on £25 (£5 more than I have been charged anywhere else). The staff were quite rough and really rushed through and the results speak for themselves. Although I didn't ask for manicure I have never been anywhere where they doesn't at least file and prep your nails. Polish itself is messy and not to edges of nails. There are bits of fluff and Nail polish brush under and within the polish. When I tried to point this out the the guy he looked and then ignored me and rushed through. I went here for the first time in November to get my nails done.. due to the nature of my work I wanted my nails short.. when the man was cutting my nails down and I said slightly shorter he got really angry and just clipped all my nails off and started to curse in his native language. I was mortified and so embarrassed.. he then got up and walked off still cursing. A lady kindly finished the job she was doing and fixed my nails to my standard. Been here loads of times and seen the staff be rude to other people Today the owner of the shop started raising her voice because I asked a question and saying listen before talking to me like I am a child when I asked her to chill no need to get excited she started shouting and her mini dramatics as every customer who has been to the shop has seen. Embarrassing me to the point I completely lost my temper with her and I am a working professional used to dealing with highly strung customers. I have never written a bad review but this had to be the worse customer service I've experienced in my life. As I waited to be seen, one of the senior staff literally abused a female customer for asking a price. The younger nail technician said she would only take the time to paint my nails if i wanted a more expensive nail treatment. I was only in there because one of the nails they did 2 weeks prior had broken. (By the way they refused to believe I got it done in that salon). I commented on the customer service and was told that they no longer want to do my nails after i had already waited 20mins so I left fuming. They obviously all hate their job.
