REALLY BAD, do NOT go here!! They should not be using the machine to scrape the nail, it should be soaked and gently scraped with a special tool. They absolutely RUINED my nails and I have ridges everywhere from where they scraped the nail so hard. I could not see the damage until after the colour was taken off! They are not cheap either so save yourself a heartache and go somewhere else. Superdrug nail bar gave me a really professional service for the same price plus advise on getting my nails back to normal. Seriously AVOID xx Read Less
