5 stars for Romani THE best hot wax woman in Town! A true diamond in the rough, Romani is also an amazing nail technician, her customer service is second to none, making you feel truly pampered and completely comfortable. Unfortunately the other members of staff I have dealt with could do with cheering up a bit! I mentioned to the manager that the waxing room was particularly stuffy in the summer months and they assured me a fan would be installed but unfortunately this never happened. Not only is it a bit too hot for clients, but it's the staff that work in the room all day that I'm more concerned about! Also, I recommended a friend who became a regular client, she in turn recommended 3 further work colleagues who also became regular clients. Unfortunately the manager over charged my friend and when questioned received a very rude response. Not good business sense really! - How to lose business in 2 easy steps haha! I will never, NEVER, go back again. Customer service is extremely bad. I had a pedicure over my lunch hour and after an hour and 15 minutes it was not yet finished. I suggested I come back later to have the nail polish applied. No opening ... I asked for the following day or the day after, same reply. I was like WHAT??? I was recommended by a friend and was not dissapointed. From the initial phone call to book the appointmentI was treated courtiously and was phoned back quickly when I had a query they needed to check on. I was greeted with a smile on arrival and the technician was very friendly and professional. The salon itself is modern and clean and has a friendly atmosphere. They also have a recommendation scheme with discounts for both of you when you recommend a friend. Definitely be going back there again Read Less

I went to A main when they had a discount on their pedicure with shellac. It was an overall lovely experience, I had a lovely chat with my beautician and a great and informative service. I I've already rebooked for my next mani pedi service.Read Less
