I used to come here as a regular, I love Mai and Daisy! But when I had my nails done today, I had a man I have never had before do my nails and I literally had to tell him twice that he was hurting! He dug his nail so far back on my cuticle it bled and he carried on digging his nail in! I am disgusted that I had to tell him twice and paid full amount! The owner, Mai, has worked hard to build a good business in Cranham. She was recently compelled to move but wanted to remain loyal to the area and her customer base so she opened this shop yards from her old one. Anyone who has visited both will immediately see the superiority of this one. It's double fronted aspect brings natural light to a profession where it is much needed. The staff are charming, helpful, good at chatting with customers who wish or being professional an...d silent with those who do not. As a male customer I have never felt uncomfortable. Indeed, staff a sensitive and kind even though they I had never told them that there are medical reasons why I need help cutting my nails. However, even if I did not I think I would still go to this place; my wife appreciates will groomed nails as most women do so guys take note. I wish the owner and her staff well.
