Sadly my normal lady Sally had left so I had another person to do my eyebrows.. wrong decision 😔 I was left with a very sore face which has now turned into scabs, she obviously had burnt my skin!! ...

My husband went in to this hairdressers this afternoon and was given the most horrendous haircut.....he resembled the collie dog in advert for “Spec Savers” 😡

Had a luxury manicure this morning - the staff were lovely, which is why it has received 2 stars - however the polish is completely chipped off 6 nails!!! Definitely not worth the £42!

The result of a 'luxury manicure' looked as though it had been done by a child and the gel had chipped by the next day as hadn't been cured correctly. The manager lacked any form of customer service o...
The result of a 'luxury manicure' looked as though it had been done by a child and the gel had chipped by the next day as hadn't been cured correctly. The manager lacked any form of customer service or basic communication and was aggressive when a formal complaint was made. Incidentally, the only 5-star review of this place is from the owners husband which speaks volumes. Would not recommend this place at all.

The result of a 'luxury manicure' looked as though it had been done by a child and the gel had chipped by the next day as hadn't been cured correctly. The manager lacked any form of customer service or basic communication and was aggressive when a formal complaint was made.
