Have been coming to JK nails for over a year now & have always had good service. It doesn’t matter who does my nails, I’m always pleased with the result. Yesterday I had a new lady, she listened to what I wanted & got it spot on. Well done.

I’m a regular customer of JK nail bar for about two years now i’ve been having my nails done for over 15 years and I’ve never found a nail salon that does it just the way I like them JK nail bar are amazing they’re friendly quick and always put the customer first they go out the way for their customers to feel welcome and make you feel relaxed in the nail salon

Attended this nail bar for the first time and was very impressed with the quality of the service, friendly staff and the range of colours. I had a shellac pedicure and manicure with a hot stone foot treatment. I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed and will definitely will be returning.

I got my eyebrows waxed here and specifically asked for them to be tidied up rather than shaped as I was trying to grow them out. I left with two extremely thin and uneven brows, would not recommend

Having been a regular customer was disappointed this time with the experience, felt customer service was very poor and did not feel welcome this time , the staff spent time on Her phone barely speaking to me. The reason I repeatedly returned was because I loved the nail art and the quality but was disappointed with the quality this time and informed nail art was not something they did despite this being the only reason I continued to use this salon.

Fantastic Salon. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I had the luxury pedicure and manicure, very relaxing and super quick. Really pleased with my treatments. I thoroughly recommend it, and will be returning very soon.
2 months later, my follow up visit was poor. Kept waiting over 30 minutes after my appointment time, shop wasn't that busy, so just felt like I was being ignored. Staff were not friendly, or chatty. A complete contrast to my previous visit, was really disappointed, and will not return.

Having been a regular customer was disappointed this time with the experience, felt customer service was very poor and did not feel welcome this time , the staff spent time on Her phone barely speaking to me. Fantastic Salon. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. I had the luxury pedicure and manicure, very relaxing and super quick. Really pleased with my treatments. I thoroughly recommend it, and will be returning very soon.
