Staff are always very kind and friendly and they do a great job with my nails too. I always return here. Their loyalty card is amazing too.

WORST manicure & pedicure of my life! Does not even deserve 1 star. Got acrylic nails and the nail techician refused to cut the dead skin from my cuticle because she stated that it was not a manicure!...
WORST manicure & pedicure of my life! Does not even deserve 1 star. Got acrylic nails and the nail techician refused to cut the dead skin from my cuticle because she stated that it was not a manicure!! RIDICULOUS!! Furthermore, she applied the fake nails so badly but it left a dent in my nail bed which is still apparent months later. Pleaseeee, do not go to this place at all!! I would highly recommend lily nails in forest hill that I have been several times and they have always consistently done a fab job!

WORST manicure & pedicure of my life! Does not even deserve 1 star. Got acrylic nails and the nail techician refused to cut the dead skin from my cuticle because she stated that it was not a manicure!! RIDICULOUS!! Haven't tried it myself but my best friend took me to get her nails done, brilliant result, friendly staff and quick and cheap! Recommend.

Absolutely awful. Told her what length I wanted my nails and she said no and just cut them far too short. Then passed me onto the next lady know was yanking my arms around like I was a doll. She then cut my thumb and all she could say was "oh". Then she didn't even properly paint my nails and smudges them so she had to re pain them. Lastly me and my friend needed our £2 change back and she claimed she already gave it to us and look at least 15minutes to give my my change back!!! Absolutely awful. Don't do there!!!!

Absolutely awful. Told her what length I wanted my nails and she said no and just cut them far too short. Then passed me onto the next lady know was yanking my arms around like I was a doll. She then cut my thumb and all she could say was "oh". Then she didn't even properly paint my nails and smudges them so she had to re pain them. Lastly me and my friend needed our £2 change back and she claimed she already gave it to us and look at least 15minutes to give my my change back!!! Absolutely awful. Don't do there!!!!
