Have been here many times to get my eyebrows done which was okay but used to walk out with tint all over my face. Went to get individual lashes done and had the worst experience ever. The beautician was clearly inexperienced in how to apply individual lashes, she used way too much glue causing all of the lashes to stick together and unable to brush through them. While applying my lashes she was pulling my eye open which I found extremely odd and have had my lashes done many times before by other people, none of which have done this! My lashes have began falling out in clumps taking my own lashes with them. I recommend everyone to steer clear of this place for individual lashes unless you want to be bald. They managed to fit me in with no patch test and on the day booking which says it all really. :)

Sia Bromley High Street: Was greeted warmly by the technician who seemed extremely genuine, warm and friendly. We indulged in conversation, mainly about herself which I did not mind as I prefer to listen. After completing the pedicure, she literally sprinted to the till which I thought was odd as there was already somebody there. She decided to tell me that she forgot I had asked for an express pedicure and had gotten carried. instead she had given me a deluxe which was £10 extra. FALSE! Firstly, when I initially entered, SHE reminded me of the express treatment booking I had made and secondly, during the treatment had tried to up sell to the deluxe to which I kindly rejected. It was also quite clear that her colleague was in on it too. Incase you are wondering, I did not pay any extra. However, I did speak to the manager who was lovely and extremely apologetic!

I couldn’t review the one in the Glades for some reason so I’ll do it here - an express pedicure costs £20, but as a birthday treat I decided to pay £10 extra to get a deluxe manicure. I’m also 8 months pregnant so I thought it’d be nice to get a proper manicure but for £10 extra you get exfoliating scrub rubbed in your hand for 60 seconds.... no hand cream after.... so you leave with dry hands. £10? Daylight robbery!
Left feeling let down and a bit upset to be frank.

I've been coming in Sia beauty in The Glades for more then 2 years and I've always had an amazing experience with them. Gina is been doing my treatments and she's been always spot on with everything, really nice experience with the rest of the stuff and you definitely recommend them. They give you a loyalty card as well that is really useful!

An amazingly hospitable, friendly and very professional experience from the start till finish. I booked a Swedish Back massage and was met by Sam who delivered the therapy to an extremely high standard which left me completely relaxed and pain free. The ambience was perfect and I will certainly be back. I highly recommend this service, such a beautiful and conveniently located haven.

I had been going to Sia Beauty at glades since more than a year now. I always book with Sabina who is brilliant. She does everything to the utmost perfection and caters to your requests too. The only one downside is that the place is a bit too crammed definitely could do with a bit more space. For that reason would give 4 stars ⭐️

All the ladies here are amazingly hospitable, friendly and very professional. They take pride in insuring my treatments are to an extremely high standard. I always leave happy with the results and return regularly for my deluxe Shellac manicure, pedicure and eyebrow threading. I have proudly introduced friends and family as clients and bought their gift vouchers for presents. The ambience is always perfect and is known by my partner as my "happy place". Thank you ladies x

I have been going to this salon for over a year now and have always been extremely happy with the level of service that I have received. All staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. I always go to Elmas who is extremely skilled, professional and charming. She makes having a manicure a fun and relaxing experience. My manicures are always done to a very high standard and when I have shellac nails they last for ages!
