Awful customer service. Had 3 different people to complete a simple manicure and polish, first person designated me to someone else when a ‘regular ‘ customer came in, after almost bringing tears to my eyes when pushing back my cuticles (I never usually even feel it) . The second person then continued, but went into another person without even telling me he’d finished. The manager then asked him if I was finished, splashed some cuticle oil on me and asked for my payment. Worst service I’ve ever received in a nail shop. Won’t be returning here.

Just awful. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Just not set up correctly with properly trained staff to provide a pedicure service. Pedicure foot bath required them boil a kettle and they weren't able to check the water temperature. The technician seemed very pleasant but just didn't have a clue of what a standard pedicure procedure seems to involve. And I paid £22 for the pleasure of wasting my time as I'll have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure done properly.

Been coming here for years now. I work in the city and still travel to get my nails done at No 1 nails. I have had many compliments on my nails, and they always look presentable for my business meetings. I won’t trust anyone else with my nail care.

Came here for the first time to get infills and 1 nail fixed as it had snapped and also as a treat for my birthday. Big mistake! The broken nail needed doing from scratch so the girl began to stick the tip on, she stuck it on bent, so I told the girl thinking she'd remove it and start again, how wrong was I? She ignored me and carried on doing the nail even though I stated more than once it wasn't straight. She then did the rest of the infills sloppily whilst talking to other staff in a different language which I found very rude. Before she started painting she said "pay now" which was also very unprofessional. The finished result is a complete mess. From the side the nails look lumpy and uneven, the acrylic wasn't done to my cuticle so they're growing out already after just a week. The nail varnish is chipped and flaking off. Massive lack of professionalism and customer care. Don't think the women had a clue what she was doing. Too often you see nail salons that just do nails for money but have no actual passion for nails themselves or customer care. I will not be returning and I'm yet to find a decent nail salon in Bromley.

I love having my nails done here. Everyone looks after me and does a great job. It’s nice to grab a coffee from Dome and sit back and have a chat with the girls. I’ve bought all my friends here and they’ve all loved it too. Beautiful nails every time that normally last me at least 3 Weeks or so.

I've had my acrylic nails for 1 week and I've already have had 5 nails break off! They're so weak and such a waste of money. - update, free fix of nails and im happy with this result.

I have come three times and every time I’ve been very disappointed, each time I’ve either had them crack, the shellac peel off or the acrylic peel off after a few days. I won’t be coming back again.

Almost as awful as Tina beauty. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Took me 30 minutes to have a single nail redone in my lunch break as they were trying to do as many people at once. They only care about the money-the nails are terrible and don't last long! DO NOT go here! Only nail places in Bromley I recommend are Bromley north ones!

Awful customer service. Just awful. Worst pedicure I've ever had. Just not set up correctly with properly trained staff to provide a pedicure service. Pedicure foot bath required them boil a kettle and they weren't able to check the water temperature. The technician seemed very pleasant but just didn't have a clue of what a standard pedicure procedure seems to involve. And I paid £22 for the pleasure of wasting my time as I'll have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure done properly.
