Very upset and disappointed with this lillys nails I have been coming here with my mum for a while and thought that they Want ok bought a voucher for my mum for Christmas and asked as my mum works a lot and may not be able to get down in time what happens if it runs out they said oh no no don't worry we will just write another one as you are a regular client ( the voucher I bought was for pedi with gels at a cost of £37 ) my mum went in to book us an appointment for 2x pedi with gels and 2x sns take off and reapply to then be told oh no u cannot use this voucher as part of the payment mum then explained that we had already been told that If it had run out they will write another one and they said oh no we cannot do nothing about that it is your fault not being funny but me and my mum would have been spending abit of money in there that day so it's not like they are missing out plus I had already paid for the voucher so once my mum had told me what he has said (by the way this was lillys husband that was rude ) I rang the nail bar while I was at work to ask why this has happened when I was told this will b fine the voucher had run out apparently in Feb so wasn't even valid that long he was so rude to me on the phone shouting at me telling me to come and say this to his face so I had basicly as a regular client given this awful rude nail bar £37 for nothing I'm outraged I am advising people never to use LILLYS NAILS IN BEXLEYHEATH Read Less
