Just had my nails done by the possibly the rudest person I've ever met. The lady didn't have the best English but what she did say bordered on aggressive and rude. Not one smile.i had intended to ask for my toes to be done but couldn't wait to get out once the lady started doing my nails. The gel is now way too thick as she kept going over and over them. I had to put my hands under the uv light 3 times each layer on one hand and 2 on the other hand. And the amount of times under light changed for each hand. When I queried this the lady said it was because of the light. When I said it again she completely ignored me. I had to ask her if she could hear me talking. She then started talking a different language to her colleague and looked really annoyed. Her colleague then said it my nails were still wet on one hand..which wasn't true. The best nail shop I have ever been to❤️the Staff are really friendly and there is a great choice of coloura to choose from, some tea there is a long wait but other than that this place is highly recommended!! Read Less
