Always get my hands and feet done regularly as I am always on my feet and doing presentations for work. Nails always look fantastic and last for ages and my feet are amazing after I've been in for my regular pedicure! This is the worst nail salon that I have EVER gone to! I went to get a manicure and pedicure 3 days earlier and when I got home I realized just how shoddy the work was. Within a day of the OPI manicure which is guaranteed to last for at least 2 weeks, my nails started to peel and from the moment I got home I noticed my heels still had dead skin. The salon was closed on Sun and I work in Oxford on Monday so I called on Tuesday to have the situation rectified. Instead of being apologetic the owner blamed me for the work and insinuated that I lied about the work...although I am not sure how that was possible! I spent over 2 hours waiting for them to do my nails and paid £57 to be insulted! If you want your nails to stay healthy and value your time and money RUN THE OTHER WAY! Beckenham has loads of nail salons so you are better off going to someone with the expertise to complete the work...alarm bells should have sounded when I noticed that there aren't ANY professional certificates in the shop...
