Excellent Service! I've been using Glamorous Nails (alongside my two daughters) for a while now and every time I am more than impressed with their service. I came in with my girlfriend to get a pedicure a couple weeks ago and the whole process was rushed. I noticed that a girl next to me got a foot massage and my girlfriend and I didn't. They then shoved my girlfriend under a dryer where it was cramped so they can fit the next person in. tip- everyone should get same treatment, hand massage, foot massage, tea/coffee. & take your time with treatment you'll have happy customers :) Read Less

Terrible. Whenever I go in to this nail salon the owner I think her name is Lihn rushes my nails so she can fit more customers in. The proof comes out in the quality of my nails. She is incredibly rude and fake. There is a few new staff members who do a better job. Better spending your money somewhere else. Read Less

I travel quite a way to come here because it's hands down the best nail shop I've been to. The quality of the acrylic is fantastic - especially by the older gentleman. It would be better if more staff were trained to do more of the complex designs/patterns , so you don't have to always wait for Lin. Read Less

My first time here a few weeks ago, great salon, arrived 30 minutes before closing and was still seen. I asked for a design id seen on Instagram and it was no problem. The lady who did my nails made sure the glitter and crystals were embedded properly. Kept putting more top coat and more time in the lamp to make sure. Had my nails done here a few times now. The owner is soo friendly and even after the second time remembered me. It is always very busy which means waiting longer than expected but I'm always happy with the result and the price is reasonable. I have had a different person do my nails each time and every time I have not had any complaints would recommend this nail salon to everyone! Read Less

I've been going here since I moved to the area and they are 10/10. Always a fun and friendly environment here. Great selection of colours. Fantastic manicures and pedicures. Amazing service. I've been visiting glamourous nails for about 2yrs I think, and I absolutely love it. I'm obsessed with my nails and Linh never fails to amaze me with her bang on trend designs. My only problem is that there are too many designs to choose from lol.... (And that's not a criticism) Staff are always polite, as is Linh herself, and I would highly recommend them. This place is right next door to me so it disappoints me no end that I have experienced extremely rude service on at least two occasions, and it has taken me some months to accept that giving any more money to this establishment is both upsetting and wrong. I am not sure whether or not what I have experienced reflects a discrimination against those requesting less expensive treatments, but it saddens me to say that I have not been spoken to by anyone as rudely as I have by Linh in some fourteen years of attending nail salons. This place is the best, Hannah does the best French sns and shellac! The customer service is great unlike other places, nail technicians at passionate nail and beauty actually care about their customer's nails and listen to what they want. The French sns I got done here lasted me a month, i would definitely be coming back :) Read Less
