Rude staff , rushed me out shop when my nails were not dry and they smuged, they have no idea what they are doing❗️Nails were a mess and they did not have a good range of colours .0 from me .

Very professional technicians. Traveling there from the other side of London. Did acrylic nails, nail art. All very well done.

Absolutly awful. Refused to let them continue as the staff were extremely rude and didn't know how to apply acrylic properly. Crystal nails a few shops up os amazing.

Service was absaloutly terrible ; rude. Had acrylic hands and pedicure and both looked absaloutly atrosious then staff member dropped my iPhone on the floor and didn't apologise.

PROS: really good acrylics/manicure, manicurists really knew what they were doing, very friendly, good selection of colours (mainly OPI), good range of treatments available, very reasonably priced for...
PROS: really good acrylics/manicure, manicurists really knew what they were doing, very friendly, good selection of colours (mainly OPI), good range of treatments available, very reasonably priced for acrylics (£20 for a full set)
CONS: timings (booked appointment didn't start for 15 minutes after it was supposed to), quite expensive acrylic infills (£16 - just £4 less than the full set), didn't get asked what shape I wanted my nails to be (luckily I wanted square)
