I came in with 2 friends. They didn't receive their full service because they were left unattended for more than 30 minutes. How can you forget about the customers? I saw the workers servicing plenty ...
I came in with 2 friends. They didn't receive their full service because they were left unattended for more than 30 minutes. How can you forget about the customers? I saw the workers servicing plenty of other customers that weren't here long. They should invest in a sign in sheet to avoid confusion and unhappy customers. Please provide better customer service and get a sign in sheet!!!!

Never coming to to this shop EVER AGAIN!!! I don't know who the lady was that started on my nails but first OFF she broke my real nail on my index finger and I when I told her about it she then asked me if I wanted someone else to do my nails and I was like WHAT??? She completely walk away and said she wasn't doing my nails anymore. Smh I've never experienced such bad service at a nail shop I spend hundreds of dollars at !!

My 1st time going here & I loved it!! I treated myself to a early birthday present and got the full Pedicure experience" The Pearl"<3 I had a assistant named Justin to do my pedicure & manicure!! He gave me a water ,(also you can order wine too!!) He did a excellent job!! I will be going back :)

Went for the first time in May, but didn't enjoy my visit. I had an appointment and they still rushed me out. Awful! The lady that did my pedicure tore the side of my big toe. It was painful and all she said was sorry. Didn't thought it would be bad, then day by day I kept getting a lot of pain and my toe looked really bad. Had to go to the doctor and I had an infection. Be careful please!
