Awful service. I had a Spa pedicure which only lasted 14 minutes! I then said to the girl “ how come you only took 14 minutes to do a full pedicure” her answer was that my feet were ok! My previous Pilipino run place always took 45 mins minimum and I was there every month! Then I had my brows threaded and asked about full leg waxing prices and was quoted a ridiculous price! Only to be told that “it’s because of the area” What an insult! I live in the area and found these res...ponses to be so ignorant. Then I went to pay, only to find out that no card facilities! So I then said ok, I’ll run across to Sainsbury’s to get some cash from the ATM machine to then be told, “can you leave something behind, like a watch or a phone before you get the money” What a disgusting attitude coming from a poor English speaking woman. Shame on this place. Will never step foot in such a poor run facility again with unprofessional staff members! Have read some reviews and there are a lot of unhappy customers. Without doubt the worst experience I have ever had in a nail shop in the UK. To begin with, the “ladies” who work here talk about and laugh at customers in their own language whilst doing your nails. This is apparent, obvious and makes for uncomfortable viewing. The girls who work here are unprofessional, rude and insecure. Perhaps they need to work on their own sense of self worth as they clearly have issues. Secondly, only two very thin coats of gel/shellac is applied. Four of my nails had chipped by day 1. Day 4, and I’m considering going to my usual nail shop to have them soaked off and reapplied. Their other reviews are appalling and they only take cash which is alarming. I would suggest someone contacts HMRC to check their legitimacy as the whole place seems like a total joke; customer satisfaction is irrelevant at Cockfosters Nail. AVOID! Read Less

Don't look after loyal and long time customers. Expensive nails regularly break. Hate to take ownership of ANY mistakes. Make customers feel uneasy gossiping in native language. Go to Southgate, East Barnet or Enfield instead! Read Less

I wish I could rate it no stars. So So rude. Way overpriced compared to other salons. They Speak in Chinese language throughout and laugh to other staff working there which I find extremely rude. Even ignoring the creepy dude with moles/hair issues who is usually the greeter at the desk, they recently gave me a pedicure which has cut my cuticles so very badly that days later they are still swollen and sore. Possibly infected. Not what you need from a simple pedi! Read Less

Awful service they mucked up my nails and failed to even rectify them after spending £28 on them. They tried to blame me however did not change a thing from when I had them done last they told me to come in however I be paying to get them redone even got told by another saloon that it was a reaction in powder or liquid they used.
