My Gel nails lasted one day before showing chipped. The whole purpose of paying over the odds for gel nails is because they're supposed to last longer without chipping. Also on 2 occasions staff members were rude. I wont put all of the staff into that box because a couple looked professional so they have given them a bad name - but they should realise rude staff costs them lost customers.. My son gave me the spa package for Christmas. I was very happy with the services that I received but the lineup i received I was absolutely not happy with, I had my hair done first then the massage which messed up my hair and then my facial the champagne was not given to me the make up was not given to me so that is why I am not happy.. I was treated to an amazingly restful and restorative day at Essentials. I had a Swedish massage with Irene who did a fabulous job. Then I enjoyed a facial from Julie and aanicure with Amanda. I have been here many times before and usually love everything about their spa. I have been for waxing, massages, eyelash extensions, facials. Well, today I went and had a great facial by Diana who was sweet, kind and I was walking out relaxed. Unfortunately, my gift card package had expired on October 31st of this year. I was unaware that gift packages expire ?!? It was not printed on their materials that I was given as the package was a gift for my 30th birthday from last year and being pregnant with my second baby and chasing a toddler and then having a baby, I'm just now getting to some self care. Pretty unfortunate for me that i can't use my gift package. So beware when purchasing for the holidays that there's a one year limit. Read Less

First of all their customer service is absolutely rubbish. No communication between employees and customers. They are over priced for the quality I was given. I did a full set shellac silver chrome nails and after 3 days two nails broke and they are growing out already. Usually this place is quite ok. It's best of to get an appointment rather than just come in. Then you get seen at that time. However customer service is horrible. They do not listen to what you specifically ask for. Only if you show them what you want exactly that's when they get the job right. I recently got my nail extensions and half of the nail broke. They didn't even do the design i asked for. Because I'm pregnant i didn't have the energy to argue. Other than that it's quite a normal place. Read Less
