Horrible customer service. No one greeted me in the lobby, even though there was an employee standing at the desk. I signed my name in the guest book and waited 20 minutes for an EYEBROW wax before I had to ask how long it would be. Only to be told the waxing person wasn't even there. I won't return.

My daughter and I always go to Best Nails and have a great experience every time! I have to definitely mention how sweet Tan and Thom were with my 5 year old daughter. They treated her like a prince...
My daughter and I always go to Best Nails and have a great experience every time! I have to definitely mention how sweet Tan and Thom were with my 5 year old daughter. They treated her like a princess and she left feeling amazing because they turned a simple nail polish application for her into a special experience. Of course they did a perfect job on my nails as always. Thank you, Tan and Thom!!!

They did so good on mine, my mother-in-laws and my 3 year olds pedis today. They were super nice and very attentive! Would 100% recommend this place specially if you have children with you. Great staf...

I just recently moved to the St. Cloud area. I was looking for a good nail salon to go to so I wouldn't have to keep driving all the way back to where I moved from. I looked up nail salons in my area and this one popped up. My mother and I are very particular about our nails so we were skeptical. I am so glad we went in. Vanessa and Dat (pronounced Dot) were so friendly and their work is amazing. I have finally found a new nail salon.

My boyfriend & I set out to get pedicures today. I'm always hesitant to go different places & am always asking around where the best place to go is here in Saint Cloud & honestly this is my 2nd time here in the last year & Nicole did an AMAZING pedicure! I went for the Heavenly Spa Pedicure for $40... Sooooo worth that & more! I'm a server and the pressure she applied was perfect. So relaxing! I'll definitely be coming back for more! My boyfriend enjoyed his too ;) Thank you SO much!!!

Been jumping from salon to salon recently, until I landed here about a month ago. I can't imagine going anywhere else now, Vanessa has done such an incredible job on my acrylics both times I've come in! She does exactly what you want and more, her attention to detail clearly shows with the quality work she does to nails. I wait 2 weeks before changing colors and getting fills, and not a single crack or chip has happened yet (I work in a field where I deal with lots of trucks and I'm an avid weightlifter, so my nails go through some tough times most days!). Great job :)

If I drive from Orlando to St. Cloud to get my nails done, you know that they have to be good. I have always been treated as special and it has become my day of relaxation to go and get pampered. They can also do hand-painted design on your nails too. Very talented, Especially Twinkie!

Horrible customer service. No one greeted me in the lobby, even though there was an employee standing at the desk. I signed my name in the guest book and waited 20 minutes for an EYEBROW wax before I had to ask how long it would be. Only to be told the waxing person wasn't even there. I won't return.

I just recently moved to the St. Cloud area. I was looking for a good nail salon to go to so I wouldn't have to keep driving all the way back to where I moved from. I looked up nail salons in my area and this one popped up. My mother and I are very particular about our nails so we were skeptical. I am so glad we went in. Been jumping from salon to salon recently, until I landed here about a month ago. I can't imagine going anywhere else now, Vanessa has done such an incredible job on my acrylics both times I've come in! She does exactly what you want and more, her attention to detail clearly shows with the quality work she does to nails.
